About me
Our Community-Based Day Program provides social, recreational, and vocational activities for adults with IDD, fostering friendships, leadership, and community contribution. Our Community Coaches create spaces where individuals thrive. We are also launching a Residential Pilot Program in 2025 to support the transition towards life-long care.
