About me
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas is a health plan option for STAR Kids, STAR and CHIP Medicaid. We educate families on coverage and the added value services we offer. We can help people find community resources to assist with non-medical drivers of health and help those who need help and applying for Medicaid.
