Amber Olson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals. She is the founder of Shine Behavior Consulting, a company dedicated to providing personalized, immediate support for families navigating autism and parenting challenges. Amber specializes in behavior regulation, building relationships, communication, and self-advocacy, with a strong focus on supporting adults with autism due to the lack of available services. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Towson University, an M.S. in Special Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas Tech University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Behavior Analysis at Capella University. Passionate about empowering families and professionals, Amber also offers training for first responders, physicians, and dentists to enhance support for neurodiverse individuals.
